I serve as the sole technical resource for a public health organization operating across Pakistan. This "one-man army" role means I handle everything: mobile apps, admin panels, APIs, server infrastructure, database management, and Play Store deployments.

What I Built

TKF Issue Tracker — A real-time field monitoring system

  • Built a Laravel admin panel with dashboards, attendance tracking, activity planning, and comprehensive reporting (PDF/Excel exports)
  • Developed an Expo/React Native mobile app for 100+ field monitors to report issues, complete checklists, and sync data in low-connectivity areas
  • Integrated GPS tracking, push notifications, and offline-first data handling
  • Published and maintain the app on Google Play Store

TKF Forms System — Dynamic data collection platform

  • Created a form builder backend allowing non-technical staff to design and deploy custom forms
  • Built mobile apps for field data collection: child line lists, community health surveys, vaccination records, and focus group discussions
